This book was written by french educator Hippolyte Léon Denizard Rivail (1804-1869), whose writing name was Allan Kardec. The reason why it is important to read this book, is that it helps us to gain better discernment in order to be influenced only by the best of entities. Aside from the introduction, most of this book was written in a question/answer format, which makes for an easy and useful read. The topics covered are mainly that of the evolution of the planetary conscience, that of spirits (mainly called "entities" nowadays) and their interactions with human beings, as well as that of the profound implications of reincarnation; we shall all some day, throughout the evolution of our soul, become Angels. This is a book that covers with alot of attention and purity, some of the most important subjects out there, and can only lead us to a greater respect of life, and of the importance of leading a spiritual life.
