This mystical mural is the fruit of a good meditation done on a rock, very close to the place where the painting was done. As I was trying to concentrate on my favorite spiritual work, I suddenly received a very vivid image of a mural that needed to be painted. The title phrase of this mural comes from the song "He got Game" of Hip Hop group Public Enemy. It had also, some weeks before, captured my attention and had been the starting point of alot of meditations that summer.
It is only after a good two weeks of skecthing and preparation that it was finally painted. It was also the first official mural of spiritual character that I painted.
When we put ourselves in a receptive state and are turned towards Heaven (symbolicly), ready to serve our high Ideal, it can happen that we suddenly receive a very strong flash of inspiration towards a project, good words to be said or a gift to give to someone. When a feeling like that arises, it is because we have prepared the right conditions within us to be visited, guided and helped by very beautiful entities of the spiritual world. Such a visit is a gift and at the same time, a very good confirmation that if we act upon that beautiful inspiration, everything will go very smoothly, almost by magic.
I know that saying this may sound strange to some. But in my experience, and in that of many others also I am sure, these things happen for a reason. Each and everytime I have lived such a benevolent inspiration and acted upon it, I have always felt such hapiness, well-being and joy, that I can never doubt the reality of the nature of these inspirations. I beleive the feelings we receive when serving our high Ideal, are the gifts the angels give us in exchange for our help in bringing something beautiful on Earth.
The most important thing to remember then is that such a visit should always be considered a privilege. We should not be too shy or afraid to live those great ideas! If we have the good will and courage to materialise these dreams, we can never be disapointed! Who dosen't like to feel helpful in serving a noble cause!
As for the mural itself, it does not point to a religion in particular, but simply wishes to highlight the fact that we are alive, and that since life is a miracle in itself, we all come from something.....Divine! All that we must do then, is continue to work in expressing through our matter (our toughts, feelings and gestures, even our face) this wonderful hidden presence! We all carry within us that divine spark, it is simply up to us to manifest it!
